- —Uploaded Content: Images, titles, and captions submitted by administrators. This content is stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and Firestore.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the platform. Specifically:

- —Gallery content (images, titles, captions) is retained until an administrator removes it.
- —Server/access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then automatically purged.
- —Admin account data is retained for the duration the account is active. Upon account deletion, associated personal data is removed within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

- —Firebase security rules restricting read/write access to authenticated administrators only.
- —Passwords are never stored in plain text — Firebase Authentication handles credential management using industry-standard hashing.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
